Real Estate Blogs We Love - mediablog@prnewswire.com

I’ve lately been hooked on watching real estate-related shows, namely the tiny house movement and house flipping.

Tiny houses are fascinating.

The storage solutions that builders come up with for such small spaces truly are genius. And the people who manage to live in those little beauties are equally interesting.

So this got me thinking about real estate this week. Let’s start with tiny houses.

1. Tiny House Blog

The Tiny House Blog covers “living simply in small spaces.” The blog was launched by Kent Griswold in May 2007.

“The goal of the tiny house blog is to discover the different options available for a person looking to downsize into a tiny house or cabin,” Griswold says.

I found several cool posts on this site. They include:

2. Brick Underground

Brick Underground features stories on “Real estate. Real Life. Real New York.” The site covers topics like buying, renting, selling, living, improving and escaping.

Brick Underground features really interesting content. Some posts that caught my eye include:

3. BiggerPockets

The BiggerPockets blog is the “leading source for the best articles on real estate investing, personal finance, marketing and being successful.”

There are some really interesting pieces on this blog. Coverage includes landlording and rental properties, real estate analysis and advice, business management and podcasts.

Notable posts include Should You Buy Before Rates Rise or Wait for a Market Crash? Expected Value: The Overlooked Tool Every Investor Needs and 13 Books to Take Beginners From Zero to Real Estate Investing Hero.

4. Geek Estate

Geek Estate is the “premier technology & internet marketing community for real estate.”

Geek Estate features information about broker solutions, recommended tech providers and startups. It was launched in 2007 by Drew Meyers.

“Geek Estate Blog is a resource for real estate professionals who want to learn more about how they can grow their business through smart use of technology,” the blog says.

Several posts I enjoyed include:
