We started August with BlogHer 2016.

If you’re not already familiar with it, BlogHer is a behemoth event that brings together women online — 3,500-plus content creators, social media stars, credentialed experts, entrepreneurs, top brands, and everyday hand-raisers.

It’s a memorable event. I attended several years ago, when it was held in San Diego.

This year, BlogHer was in Los Angeles.

Here’s what you can look forward to for the rest of August and into September.

Aug. 14. Blogging Concentrated San Francisco. Blogging Concentrated specifically is for startups, entrepreneurs, bloggers, vloggers and podcasters who want to make their business work. It focuses on steps to grow business.

Aug. 15-21. Blogger Week 2016. Blogger Week 2016 is a multicultural festival of bloggers, journalists and social media mavens hosted by Black Bloggers Connect. The event features workshops, panels, and networking events and takes place in Washington, DC.

Aug. 26. Blogging Concentrated Savannah.

Aug. 26. TECHmunch San Francisco. TECHmunch will feature accomplished culinary and digital media experts and will be focused on sharing the tools and tactics food and lifestyle bloggers and culinary content creators need to create great content, build a loyal audience, and turn passion into profit.

Sept. 16. TECHmunch Atlanta.
