Blogger Events: Top Events to Attend in January

The new year is officially here, and blog events quickly are taking shape.

Here’s what’s in store for January:

Jan. 14-16: The Influence Conference Nashville

The Influence Network is hosting a one-day conference in Nashville at The Church of The City. It will be a day packed with fellowship, worship, and learning. The Influence Network is a membership community of women; members can participate in weekly classes from top Christian leaders.

Jan. 16-17: Type-A Parent’s Mastermind Summit Vegas

This summit will feature two days of intensive small group mastermind business planning. Additionally, it will include optional hands-on time with successful podcasters focused on developing and launching a podcast. (If podcasting isn’t your thing, there also is business planning scheduled during this time.) Mastermind summits are highly intensive events for bloggers and marketers. Attendance is capped at 30 for the high levels of learning and networking.

Jan. 28: TECHmunch Los Angeles Food Blogger Conference

TECHmunch is a traveling conference that combines networking, panels, tastings, and demos to inspire culinary content creators. Launched in 2010, more than 30 TECHmunch events have been held in cities across North America. The LA edition will feature many of the region’s most accomplished culinary and digital media experts.

Jan. 31-Feb. 3: Alt Design Summit

Alt Summit is a conference for creative entrepreneurs and stylish social media influencers. Here, you’ll find a variety of classes and information – whether you’ve already designed a successful line of products, recently opened your first Instagram account, or if you’re a social media pro. This event takes place in Palm Springs, Calif.

And a look ahead into February:

Feb. 3-4: Build Your Blog 2017

Build Your Blog provides two full days of blogging information and collaboration. Build Your Blog features speakers, classes, and interaction with brands with the main purpose dedicated to building your blog. The event takes place in Salt Lake City.

Feb. 9-12: The Dad 2.0 Summit

The Dad 2.0 Summit is an annual conference for marketers, social media leaders, and blogging parents to connect and discuss the changing voice and of modern fatherhood. The summit is an open conversation about the commercial power of dads online, as well as an opportunity to learn tools and tactics used by influential bloggers. The conference takes place in San Diego.
