March is equally busy, and it begins with Social Media Week in NY. We’ll be listening in on many of those # SMWNYC events.
Feb. 27-March 3: Social Media Week NY
Social Media Week brings together some of the industry’s leading brands and individuals at the intersection of entertainment, media, marketing and technology. Brands include Facebook, The New York Times, National Geographic, Warby Parker, Comedy Central, Google, GE, Spotify, and LinkedIn. This year, #SMWNYC focuses on creating a content experience that provides attendees with new ideas, insights and best practices in media and technology.
March 2-4: #WeAllGrow Summit 2017: Energy of Sisterhood
#WeAllGrow Summit is the go-to professional conference for Latinas in the digital space. The conversation, networking and learning experiences — all bilingual and in-culture — are crafted to create unique and long-lasting connections, as well as professional growth experiences. The conference takes place in Long Beach, Calif.
The IACP Conference will involve three days of speakers, cutting-edge topics, and networking. Keynote presentations will explore the evolving identity of southern foodways, and the ways technology is rapidly changing the way we eat – and how culinary professionals can adapt to the modern era. The conference takes place in Louisville, KY.
March 5-7: Design Bloggers Conference
The Design Bloggers Conference is specifically focused on the interests of interior design bloggers, interior design bloggers using content to build their business and personal brands, and design professionals looking to learn more about using content on the web. Attendees are interior design bloggers, luxury interior designers, traditional design media, new design media innovators, and interior design industry leaders. The event takes place at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
March 5-7: Garden Bloggers Conference
The Garden Bloggers Conference is aimed at the interests of bloggers in the home and garden design community. You’ll meet other bloggers and aspiring bloggers, designers, new media innovators, and home and design leaders at the third annual event. The event takes place at The Beverly Hilton.
March 10-12: iMEDIA Social Media Conference 2017
The 6th Annual iMEDIA Social Media Conference will include interactive, practical learning experiences with industry professionals and plenty of networking opportunities. iMEDIA covers the latest trends in social media marketing and other emerging digital media applications. The event takes place in Edmonton, Canada.
March 10-19: SXSW 2017
The South by Southwest Conference & Festivals celebrate the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries. It dedicates itself to helping creative people achieve their goals. The conference takes place in Austin.
March 11: Blogging While Brown Social Media Summit
Blogging While Brown’s summit will include five speakers who have built profitable online empires using social media marketing. Attendees will be able to compare notes and share ideas with online entrepreneurs and get the strategies, insights and systems to make money and increase audience. The event takes place in Austin.
While this isn’t an official SXSW event, TECHmunch is hosting local food bloggers/media and culinary content creators for a smores extravaganza that’s going to involve thousands of smores. Says TECHmunch: “We’re talkin’ 700 pounds of marshmallows, 3,000 candy bars and enough graham crackers to make Downtown Austin the S’mores Capitol of the World.” There also will be gourmet coffee and other treats.
March 22-24: Social Media Marketing World 2017
Social Media Marketing World allows attendees to connect with 120+ of the world’s top social media professionals (plus 3,000 of your peers). It will feature ideas to help transform your social media marketing. The event takes place in San Diego.

April 19: 2017 Digital Media Summit
The Digital Media Summit allows attendees the opportunity to connect with media and brand specialists who can help fine tune your integrated digital media strategy. Attendees also will be able to explore the ROI potential of true consumer and fan engagement, experience successful cross media brand integrations, and learn how to improve the management of multiple campaigns across different platforms. The event takes place in Toronto.
April 20-22: SNAP! Conference 2017
SNAP! Is a three-day conference that targets makers. The conference includes bloggers representing modern handmade, contemporary craft, mind-blowing home-based events and DIY, along with dozens of creative entrepreneurs. The event takes place in Salt Lake City.
