CES 2025 Recap: The Humanity of AI, Digital Health and Mobility
CES, “the most powerful tech event in the world,” has the privilege of setting the stage for the year in many ways.
“From groundbreaking innovations that improve lives to transformative ideas that redefine industries, CES is a celebration of the art of the possible, showcasing how technology enriches our world and inspires a brighter future for all,” said Kinsey Fabrizio, President, CTA.
Welcoming over 4,500 exhibitors and 141,000 attendees from Jan. 7 – 10 in Las Vegas, CES ushered in 2025 with a whirlwind of innovation and news that can be daunting for even the most seasoned journalists to keep up with.
As the official distribution partner of CES and host of the CES Exhibitor Media Center, PR Newswire saw more than 700 CES-related press releases cross the wire in December and January.
In this post, we’re recapping some of the standout releases that caught our attention and showcase the biggest trends shaping the consumer technology space.
Top Trends at CES 2025
The artificial intelligence, digital health and mobility categories continued to dominate new iterations of traditional tech and off-beat surprises.
One major bright spot in the convergence of these technologies is advancing the human experience through innovation: accessibility for people of all ages and abilities.
Top conference tracks included “Accessibility and Mobility: Bridging the Gap,” “Tech for Good: How Technology is Empowering Neurodivergent,” and “Empowering Independence: How AI is Improving Daily Lives.”
AI Wellness Launches SoCal Fire Relief Initiative
Communities in crisis often need the best of our humanity and technology. While California is unfortunately no stranger to wildfires, the sudden, simultaneous L.A. fires caught many off-guard and continue to wreak havoc and devastation.
AI Wellness is partnering with Mission Community Hospital Foundation and Santo Niño Health Center to provide water and wellness bundles to evacuation centers, first responders and displaced families.
During CES 2025, in a commitment to its focus on health, AI Wellness called on brands and innovators to collaborate on this critical mission.
EcoFlow Debuts AI-Powered OASIS
Intended to “maximize home energy storage, prepare for weather-related power outages and reduce home electric bills,” this AI-powered solution is one of many in the growing energy category at the show.
Between the substantial energy needs of the tech industry itself and the interest in alternative, sustainable energy solutions, CES is attracting companies that would’ve never considered participating in the show even five years ago.
LeafyPod’s Cutting-Edge Smart Home Automation for Plant Care
Making its debut at CES, LeafyPod’s cordless AI-powered smart planter aims to make plant care stress-free for plant novices and enthusiasts alike.
Features include intelligent watering systems that respond to each plant’s specific needs and sensors that monitor environmental factors like light, humidity and temperature, sending insights to the LeafyPod app.
As someone who struggles to keep succulents alive but adores indoor plant life, I was excited to learn that pre-orders have begun, with deliveries starting in spring 2025.
LG Introduces 2025 OLED evo TV Lineup
TVs and displays feel like part of the DNA at CES, and LG unveiled some of the most talked-about models this year.
Elevating the home entertainment experience, the OLED evo M5 uses LG’s latest α (Alpha) 11 AI processor Gen2 and Brightness Booster Ultimate technology to achieve enhanced picture and sound quality.
Roborock Revolutionises Smart Home Cleaning at CES 2025
Robot vacuums aren’t new, but they continue to get new bells and whistles – some more useful than others – like mechanical arms.
The Roborock Saros Z70 features an OmniGrip foldable robotic arm designed to clean hard-to-reach areas and handle small items like socks and sandals. With advanced navigation, vacuuming and mopping capabilities, this AI-powered robot aims to revolutionize automated home cleaning.

From the creators of Bird Buddy comes Wonder with two new products: Petal and Wonder Blocks.
Petal is a nature-inspired biomorphic camera using Nature Intelligence (an AI layer) that can livestream directly to a smartphone or other smart device. Wonder Blocks are a modular system that create habitats for wildlife (e.g., seed tray, bee hotel and butterfly feeder).
The two can be paired together for best results and are expected to be available on Kickstarter in spring 2025.
XREAL Brings Largest Field of View and First-of-Their-Kind Modular AR Glasses to CES 2025
The next generation of smart glasses seemed to be everywhere at CES.
One booth that may have been busier than all the rest belonged to XREAL, a CES veteran that showcased the highly anticipated XREAL One Pro (and announced a slew of collaborations).
A 2025 CES Innovation Awards Honoree, the XREAL One Series AR glasses deliver a cinematic field of view and an optional Eye Modular Camera to offer first-person point-of-view photos and videos.
Honda 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV Prototypes Make Global Debut
Many of the wares showcased at CES over the years have never made it beyond the concept stage, but the 0 Saloon and 0 SUV prototypes advance the EV concepts that Honda introduced at the 2024 show.
Production models for both vehicles are scheduled to be introduced in the North American market in 2026, followed by global markets.
Honda also debuted ASIMO OS (the name paying homage to its beloved, now-retired humanoid robot).
Noise Unveils Next-Gen Wearables; Luna Ring Gen 2 and Noise ColorFit Pro 6 Series
In addition to eyewear, rings and watches round out many of the most popular wearables. India-based Noise debuted Luna Ring Gen 2.0, an AI-powered smart ring that monitors bio-markers like heart health and sleep quality.
Notably, the ring offers up to 30 days of battery life.
